This Business Round Table topic is “Developing a Customer Persona”. Sales and marketing has evolved to the point where a generic message is no longer relevant or effective. Sales and marketing efforts need to speak to your ideal customer. If your messaging does not resonate, these potential customers are not going to take the time to learn how you can help them.
Getting your message relevant with your ideal customers starts by understanding them. Customer personas detail your ideal customers so you can communicate with them effectively.
Our Round Table topic this week will be a working exercise led by Curt Anderson & Gretchen Lindell . We will be learning about personas, working on personas in small groups, and sharing with the group!
