Look - it's quite simple; now that you have a goal you need to figure out how to get there. The EYW process step of engineering your exit focuses on where you are going and breaks it down into actionable steps to accomplish the goals. If you are going to achieve your goals, you need a map.

We are going to engineer your exit by mapping the plans to get you and the business to your goal. It is not going to be an easy ride, but it will be worth it.

There are three main things accomplished when engineering the exit.

  1. Determining what the company needs to look like at the exit point.
  2. Reviewing the things that need to be completed to accomplish your goals
  3. Detailing the items so everyone has clear objectives to accomplish the goals.

Then we get to work!
